Generation Texas Week is a statewide initiative that happens annually to encourage students to consider post-high school opportunities like college, technical schools, military service, and careers. Join us all next week (Nov. 17-21) in dressing up with the daily themes to help us build excitement with our Wildcats for their bright futures.

Help us spread kindness, gratitude, and cheer this Thanksgiving season!
Wilkerson Intermediate is hosting a Food Drive to support local families in need. The grade that donates the most food will get to “Pie” their Assistant Principal at lunch on Friday, November 21st. If we collect more than 500 pounds of food as a school, BOTH APs will get hit with a pie.
The Homeroom with the most donations will also receive a treat on that day!
Bring donations of canned goods (soups, vegetables, fruits, etc.) & nonperishable items (pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, etc.) to your homeroom teacher from Monday, November 10th until Friday, November 21st.
Every can counts! Let’s come together as a school community to make sure everyone has something to be thankful for this season. ❤️

Due to technical difficulties with our scheduling system and class lists, we will not be able to send out teacher welcome emails or postcards.
Therefore, Meet the Teacher will be like a camp check-in.
When you arrive, please park in the back and check-in to find out which cabin (LC) your child belongs to. You will then be able to walk the halls and meet your child's teachers.
6th grade check in will start at 5:00 PM and 5th grade check-in will start at 6:30 PM.
We can't wait to welcome our new students to Camp Wilkerson!
